  • “Maggie reminds us that we are coming from different life experiences, a simple sentence, very appreciated. She takes us through our practice with joy, to go higher, stretch further, soar! So often at this age we hold a little fear, we resist trying something new. We all think it, “I might break, if I do that”. When she asked us to lie on our arms, palms down, I thought, I can’t do that, my elbows might break, that’s not for me. Little by little I tried, Maggie smiled, encouraged, my arms went under, my pinkies touched, my leg lifted, no pain, magical. A stretch I didn’t know I needed."

  • “Maggie’s classes always remind me how much I need them in order to balance out the busy days of work and life as a new mom. She has a way of bringing out the best in my practice both physically and mentally, and I always feel like I reach a deeper place in my practice. She truly makes me feel ‘extraordinary’!"

  • "I had the pleasure of attending one of Maggie‘s classes in a private forum. I’ve found her to be extremely centered and warm. She is clearly a highly skilled yogi; by this, I mean that she is not only is she able to instruct but more importantly, help you mindfully connect with your body and encourage a higher connection with your self and your potential for greater self body awareness and self care/love. She is an admirable woman who has a combination of great internal authority as well as exuding a strong sense of care, connection and love for her fellow yoga practitioners."

  • "Exercising my body, practicing determination and concentration, I was reminded that we are all integral beings, that our body responds to feelings and thoughts and that we sometimes forget to take care of ourselves from the inside to look good on the outside."

  • "You enter the room or field where Maggie is, preparing our space for connection and community. She is specific yet bending, pushes you, yet allows you to be you, and somewhere along the way a lovely surprise awaits. A lavender mist, a cool lavender-soaked face cloth, or a gentle whiff of incense. You know you are in the right place. Grateful for the breath."

  • "Maggie is a passionate and inspiring teacher. She offers encouragement to everyone to "be the best version of ourselves". She teaches with patience, calm professional guidance and humor sprinkled throughout. Her classes are uplifting and invigorating."

  • "When I find my spirit leads me to the mat, I want the guidance of a yogi to help me find the Great Spirits personal reflection of his song for me. Maggie is that instrument. The Soul can be defined as a shared living presence ( beings, plants, animals and sky ). Yoga means to be in union and in her class I feel she has the capability to make us all feel as one. She is not here to impose the sunlight of the spirit, she merely shows up so we expose it ourselves through mindful movement coupled with her words, her presence, her demeanor and soft spoken, effortless script of peace … her voice. It has been said that every being has a longing for The Spirit to be inside of us and there’s nothing we can do about it. It’s torture till we become in harmony with this . In Maggie’s class I felt completely surrendered and blessed. My spiritual unrest lifted unhesitatingly, as I became tethered to her heart mind and all my discomforts lifted. I felt eternal love for myself throughout the practice and an eternal being. Enthusiasm means to be divinely inspired, from entheos "divinely inspired, “ ," from en"in" (see en- (2)) + theos ( divinely) Maggie has that gift with her form of movement in meditation, Yoga. All those that she touches will only enrich beings here at earth school and have a ripple affect. You cannot touch what it is she enthuses, one can only feel it. Therefore, it cannot be otherwise, than spiritual."

  • "Maggie Yoga has been a powerful experience for me in just a short amount of time in the studio. Probably because it actually started before we got on the matt. Communicating my physical woes to Maggie elicited simple compassion, not advice and certainly not judgement. Her not needing to fix me and trusting that I was doing my best was the beginning of this process. Her studio could draw a person for all the superficial reasons (spotlessly clean, fresh and styled to inspire peace) but the benefits are so hard core, so consistent with laws of nature and health and so powerful beyond the poses. I find myself thinking of poses and suggestions in the studio as I deal with life situations. Like the focus on alignment and the importance of how your foot plants on the ground. The powerful image can guide me when I get too focused on outcomes in life. If you are ready for the real deal, for yoga that changes your life, then check out Maggie Yoga!"

  • "After yoga class, I felt so centered and aligned in my body. I felt compelled to push (what I thought were) my limits with Maggie's motivating instructions and encouragement. To my suprise, I was able to accomplish much more than I anticipated! Other moments giving myself grace in times I needed to rest, not feeling judged for taking that time to listen to my body. What a wonderful challenging and empowering practice, I'm so glad to have experienced!"
